I've taken the lead in the design for a new My Environment for applicants, lawyers and business. This new environment will replace three separate existing ones.
tl;dr
Leading the organisation through the double diamond phases of the project
Supporting the design of the actual environment where needed with two internal UX Designers
Ensuring the right people were part of the right sessions we organised. For instance UX Research and development being part of the process as soon as possible
Lessons learned
